Concurrent Users

The Concurrent Users option displays information about all users currently logged into Net•Yield.

This option is used to remove users who are inactive, but still being listed as an active user, from the list of active logins. There are many factors that may cause this situation – among them, incorrectly logging out or closing Net•Yield, a network "crash", or workstation hardware difficulties.

Some functions in Net•Yield (such as Close End of Day and Reindex Files) require exclusive use of the system by the system administrator. Concurrent Users will show the system administrator which users are still in active sessions and the system administrator can notify the user to log out. If all other users have logged off and the system still shows active users, use this option to clear those users from the system.

Important: BE CAREFUL not to delete anyone who is actually still working in Net•Yield, as they will be forcefully removed from the system the next time they enter a menu area.
